1. Eligibility for Returns
To be eligible for a return:
The item must be unused, undamaged, and in its original packaging.
Proof of purchase or order confirmation must be provided.
Clear photos and/or videos showing the issue must be submitted.
Return requests must be reported within 48 hours of delivery.

2. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return:
Live plants
Live fish
Perishable products
Opened consumables
Customized or special-order items
However, if these items arrive damaged, defective, or incorrect due to shipping or fulfillment errors, customers may be eligible for a refund, replacement, or store credit after verification.
3. Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Products
Please inspect your order immediately upon delivery.
If you receive:
A damaged item
A defective item
An incorrect item
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with supporting photos & videos.
Our team will review the request and determine the appropriate resolution.
4. Return Process
Returns must be approved by Aqua Green Pet before being shipped back.
Items returned without prior authorization may not be accepted.
Customers must follow the return instructions provided by our support team.
Where applicable, return shipping instructions will be shared after approval.
5. Refunds
Once the returned item is received and inspected:
Approved refunds will be processed to the original payment method.
Refund processing may take 7–10 business days.
Actual credit timelines may vary depending on the customer's bank or payment provider.
Customers will be notified once the refund has been initiated.
Please note that original shipping charges may not be refundable unless the return is due to our error.

The final resolution will depend on product availability and the nature of the issue.
7. Order Cancellation Policy
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been shipped, cancellation requests may not be possible.
If Aqua Green Pet cancels an order due to stock unavailability, technical issues, or unforeseen circumstances, a full refund will be issued for prepaid orders.
We reserve the right to refuse cancellation requests that do not meet policy requirements.
8. Fraud Prevention
