Partial Advance Payment Policy

To ensure genuine orders and minimize cancellations, we require a partial advance payment for all COD orders:

5% of the total order value or a minimum of ₹10, whichever is higher, must be paid in advance during checkout.

The remaining amount can be paid in cash at the time of delivery.

Example:
If your order total is ₹100, you must pay ₹10 in advance and the remaining ₹90 at the time of delivery.

Note: If the 5% value is lower than ₹10, a minimum ₹10 advance is mandatory.

Full Prepaid Orders

Customers also have the option to complete full payment online during checkout using available online payment methods.

All transactions are encrypted to ensure complete safety.

After successful payment (partial or full), you will receive an order confirmation email and/or SMS with your order details.
